Get the book (someone here referred me to it) - Writing the Doctroal Dissertation by Gordan Davis

If you are conducting case study research, get a second book - Case Study Research - Robert Yin

Both books relatively small, but great resources.

Next, start your research - see what else is out there. Use your online resources from your school, so you don't have to pay for it.

Next, search out other dissertations out there on your subject.

    Succession Planning

    Thanks K

V helpful - guess half the battle is starting!!

Just the small views I've had on articles concerning Succession planning have been interesting. It must be really hard for some Leaders and Founders to be planning a successor or a group of them when they are vibrant and enjoying the development stage of their organisation!!
