The best resource is the Excelsior College Distancelearn database of DL courses which lets you search by price, format, university etc:

"The OU’s International Centre for Distance Learning (ICDL) ceases most of its activities from 1st April 2003 as its external funding has come to an end. Its database of distance-learning courses and institutions remains online but ‘frozen in time’ as it will no longer be updated and will be phased out in due course.

However, ICDL’s literature database will continue and be maintained."


Thank you for the link but it looks like some additional probing may be necessary to get the current offerings.
