I have a question with regard to transfer credit to Excelsior College. When your credits are evaluated and transferred in for credit at this college, do they list the college or university that you attended on the transcript or do they just list the courses that they have accepted into as transfer? I would appreciate knowing, not that it is a big deal if they do list the schools, but was just curious to know. Also, I noticed that the website states that Excelsior now requires new applicants to take an “Information Literacy” course. If you have graduated from a regionally accredited school with an Associates degree, and/or had over 100 credits of college, does anyone know if this requirement is waived – such as taking Composition or advanced courses? If you are required to take this course, and this would be the only course required for satisfying your degree requirements, is the tuition that you pay to matriculate included for this course. Thanks for your help.

The credits are listed under the school(s) or testing program(s) they are from.
