Everything I've read about them leaves me suspicious. I wonder though if there are legitimate assessment only institutions out there. Thanks .
Are there legitmate assessment only schools out there? Not any I have seen, the structure of the bachelors degree makes it virtually impossible to verify the knowledge needed for the degree through life assessment. Some let you do this through testing (clep, dantes, etc) which can speed the process towards receiving a degree but I have never seen a legitmate school offer a degree through life assessment. I may be wrong, though. In any case, Redding has no recognized accreditation and is what would commonly be considered a degree mill.
