USQ accreditation

    Being unaware of international accreditation principles or standards....is the USQ accredited or recognized...ie in a similar fashion to what reigonal accreditation is......any information would be of great help.....

    Yes. USQ has the Australian legitimacy equivalent to RA in the US.

    Hi,

    How about UNISA (U of South Africa)? Is it similar to USQ which is legit and RA equivalent in US? Thanks!

    Correct - it is created via an Act of Parliament and is equivalent to RA.

    Currently I am a student at USQ. It is a very good university. I am a resident of US, I opted USQ because it is cheaper and fits right within my budget. Thanks to Degreeinfo: without degreeinfo I would be pursuing MS from Kennedy-Western U.

    rajyc, what are you paying at USQ? Around A$5,500 a year?

    Yes you are right... around A$5,500.

    With USQ, you pay for each course of study as you progress. A course of study is a semester long subject. The majority of courses at USQOnline cost AUD1065 each, some cost AUD1000, and a few cost AUD1325.

    It would be around US$8,000 for MBA program at USQ...

    Approximately AU$12,000.

    Hi George,

    Thanks for your reply. But I am asking about the legit and RA equivalent of University of SOUTH AFRICA (UNISA) NOT University of South Australia (UniSA) . Are you sure that University of SOUTH AFRICA (UNISA) is legit and RA equivalent in US?

    Yes, I knew you were asking about UNISA not UniSA - they are all RA equivalent so there will be no problem with recognition.
