I am looking for an educational doctorate (EdD or PhD) online. Walden and Capella seem to me the only choices. Touro is full and I don't know if Phoenix has the reputation. Any other choices?

Yes. Try looking at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I believe you'll find their program more affordable. Good luck,

NOVA Southeastern has a good program. Also National Louis University in Chicago has one in adult education. Another choice might be to check the local state universities in you area and see if they have night or weekend choces. Often Ed docs are more flexible than other choices.

Depending on your area of specialization, you have several options, including the schools mentioned above. Educational Administration/Leadership offers the most choices, but a couple of programs also are available in educational technology:

    Capella U. -- http://www.capella.edu
    Fielding Institute -- http://www.fielding.edu
    Nova Southeastern U. -- http://www.nova.edu
    Pepperdine U. -- http://www.pepperdine.edu
    Union U. & I. -- http://www.tui.edu
    U. of Nebraska-Lincoln -- http://www.unl.edu
    U. of Phoenix -- http://www.phoenix.edu
    Walden U. -- http://www.waldenu.edu

Bears' Guide to the Best Education Degrees by Distance Learning is a very good reference that I recommend if you are looking seriously.
