Anyone have experience with TESC Certificates?

I see here that TESC offers certificates. My wife's employer will give her a raise if she completes an HR Certificate. Does anyone have any experience with them (required number of credits, testing options, cost, ect.). I'll be calling them to ask, but it's always good to get the other side of the story.
