Looks like Oxford Graduate School finally received candidacy with TRACS. Too early to tell how they will do. They have a DPhil program that looks substantial, does require some short residencies and is not too expensive but not inexpensive either (was I believe around $16,000 for program a couple of years ago).

I still am not partial to the name in that I would hate to say to people that I graduated from Oxford and see their eyes light up only to have to say.....not that one the other one in Tennessee.

Another school to obtain TRACS candidacy is New Life Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC.

Interesting enough, I think some posted LRS was planning some changes. They no longer appear to have completely DL programs except for their Bachelors programs. All others require some level of short modular coursework.

    Update:

Oxford Graduate School is doing fine. They have achieved full TRACS accreditation and are going strong.
