I was just looking at Concord's web site and noticed that they no longer mention their LL.M. programs in tax or health law. Does anybody know whether these programs still exist?

I don't think DETC ever accredited the part of the operation that awarded these degrees; they are most properly considered "second professional degrees" rather than master's degres in the usual sense. Still, Taft continues to offer their LL.M. in taxation and they just received DETC accreditation.

Just a guess. Wouldn't LLMs come under the accreditation of masters programs regardless of status?

You'd think so, but when SCUPS applied for DETC, they ended their tax LL.M. program. That's why I wondered if Concord did the same.
