Hi All, I am currently going through the process of enrolling at UMass-Lowell online. I have everything done but my transcripts. My old school said they mailed them on NOV 4th and UMass has still not received them. So my old school mailed them out to UMass again and I still have not heard anything from them. Can anyone point in what direction to head in, or someone I can contact that knows what is going on?
what school/program did you apply for? i know when i applied - it took some time for them to showup on the online admissions portal.
I am trying to enroll in the UMass-Lowell campus in their online BSIT degree program. I just don't know what else to do twice my transcripts have been sent out.
I recently had a similiar issue resolved. My H.S. had lost my transcript. They went so far as to send me a letter stating so. A call from the admissions office at the University and they were found! In my case the H.S. faxed them over. Any chance your school could do the same? I would contact U of Mass and ask them to call the registrar of the first school. Good luck.
