    Hi,

    Anyone enrolled in this program? Seems quite interesting. Stupid question, they mention two courses per term. (10 courses in all)

    Are they referring to a term as a quarter or a semester?

    I can't tell if this is a 2 1/2 year program or a little over a year.

    Thanks for any info,

    Mike

    The University System of Georgia operates on the semester hour system.

    Has it listed as a five semester program. It appears there are 2 terms back to back per semester. Also, the webmba site says some of the proctored exams are taken at sites in Georgia. Might want to check to see if that is a fixed requirement. My wife uses a local community college for her proctored exams for Troy State so it may be flexible.

    This looks interesting. I didn't see on their web site, however, what the school name would be on the degree. Don't know if I'd want "WebMBA" on my master's degree - an air of convenience, yes, but also an air of "too easy".

    Anyone know what school name appears on diplomas from this program? As an Atlanta resident, I'd be interested in this program if the school name were something a bit more "refined".

    Their admissions page states that you must apply to one of the schools below. I am assuming that one will get the degree from the school they applied to.

    * Georgia College & State University
    * Georgia Southern University
    * Kennesaw State University
    * State University of West Georgia
    * Valdosta State University

    Sorry to bump this older thread up, but I read somewhere last week (dunno where) that the degree is conferred from "The University System of Georgia".

    Unixman,

    You apply to one of the 5 schools. Your degree would come from that particular school. Pretty good program. AASCB, 10 classes and relatively cheap.

    Eyepatch - thanks for the clarification. That does make it a more attractive program ... :)
