Well maybe, if it means that reasonably priced DE operations can achieve the level of (US) acceptability that seems to be sought by so many ....

But I rather think there'd be an awful lot of extra baggage to comply with, even if matching each of the factors listed with bells on.

... including jacking up the fees as we see already with NCU.
