Graduate Certificate or Degree Program in Competitive Intelligence

Good morning!

A colleague has asked me if there are any graduate programs in competitive intelligence via distance learning. He needs DL because of job-related travel, but he can't afford high tuition because the tuition reimbursement program at his company has a maximum payment level of $1,000 per year.

The only DL program I could find for CI (Drexel University) is expensive (over $6,000 for a three-course certificate). Other programs (Simmons College, Widener University) are residential in nature. There are a number of universities that offer single courses, but a full certificate or degree program appears to be a rare commodity.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
