do you know certificates, diploma or BA of translation that can be taken by DL, in UK, North America or Europe ?

Which source and target languages are you planning to concentrate in? I have some experience with qualifications in "English into Spanish" and "Spanish into English", including specialized terminoly. At any rate, I have also seen qualifications concerning French, German, and other European languages (and I think Asian languages as well).

Another course of action for you might be, for example, to undertake an "area studies" concentration within a liberal arts degree. Let's say that you want to take some translation classes in "English into Spanish" or "Spanish into English". You can register, then, for a "Latin American studies" degree and usually fulfill some language requirements or some electives with your translation courses.
