Can I use grad level classes to fill BS requiremnts?

I might start the Capella Psychology certificate program next summer and I was wondering if I could transfer those credits (30 quearter credits) to Excelsior to count toward a BS in Psychology?

Has anyone ever tried something like this an been successful?

 

Graduate-level credits can be used as upper-level credits toward a Bachelor's degree (at Excelsior College and everywhere else that I know of). The only restriction is that the same credits cannot be used a second time toward a Master's degree.
