Can one get a degree from TESC, COSC or Excelsior without having a high school diploma ?

If someone does get a degree then how is the degree perceived ? Is the degree treated same as someone with high school and degree for further education or employment ? In most application forms for education and employment there is a question "do you have a High school Diploma or Equivalent" What would be answer ?

Your valued thoughts and comments pls ?

I graduated from Excelsior without ever getting a high school diploma, but I was homeschooled. If you're worried about the "or equivalent" question, it might be worthwhile to take your state's GED exam. Tom Nixon wrote an excellent book on nontraditional high school diplomas, which might be worth consulting in this situation.

    Good luck!

If someone has completed an Associate's degree, they are obviously quite capable of completing the requirements for a high school diploma. One complaint I hear from a friend who teaches at a local community college is that incoming students WITH high school diplomas require "remedial" work in english and/or math before they can get to some of the "real" college work. My advice: look into GED or similar equivalency programs if you are concerned, but I don't think it will be a problem by the time you achieve a few college level credits.

I personally dont think going back to getting GED is a good idea, specially if one has already accumulated a lot of undergraduate credits (about 60) via testing or DL courses? Should one go back to get school diploma ? whereas they can get a degree with those credits which are at a higher level than a high school diploma

Many colleges will accept students over the age of 25 (or so) without a high school diploma. For example, I know that community colleges here in California will. Applications usually just ask for details of the highest degree. I would think that it would be rare that someplace would be concerned with the lack of a high school diploma if the person has an Associate's of Bachelor's degree.
