A new university is about to open doors with WY state license. They claim that WY state license is a rigorous process and that they are not associated with any other Capital University (St. Regis). I think it's safe to say that any new Wyoming "schools" are going to have issues. Yes, a rigorous licensing process. I suppose so if you call filling out forms and filing a fee rigorous. Perhaps it is for them. Tom Nixon
