COSC, TESC and Excelsior

As I budget for my BA/BS (I'm about a class or two shy of finishing my AA), I'd like to know if these schools charge a per credit fee, or if the initial enrollment/evaluation fees and/or the comprehensive fee covers these credits.

If not, I'm assuming a per credit fee would be charged?

The question is in reference to CLEP, DANTES and portfolios.

Exclesior is $800 for the first year of evaluation and another $400 to issue the degree.
