This one is new to me. The University of Alaska-Fairbanks is now offering an online Master's degree in Criminal Justice Management & Administration.

There is a one-week residency in Fairbanks at the end of the program, but there is a very attractive quirk in the tuition rates. If an out-of-state student takes 4 credits or less in a semester, they get the in-state tuition rate of $178 per credit. Also, residents of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and members of the United States military on active duty and their dependents, members of the Alaska National Guard and their dependents, as well as residents of the Yukon Territory and the Northwest Territories all receive the reduced in-state tuition.

So, if you're military or a resident of those areas, or you're not in a hurry to get the degree, this is a very attractive option.

Interesting approach to positioning a distance program.

Many years ago, Alaska/Fairbanks had one of the most unusual doctoral programs going, in math and sciences. It was all done at a distance, except for occasional meetings with the faculty -- and they flew down to meet with you (largely at your expense). An innovative way to make it easier for students, and offer a great perq to their faculty, especially during those long dark winters. Then funding from their federal grant ran out, and wasn't renewed, and that was that.
