    Two Year Ed.D.

For all the posts I've seen about "the quickest", "fastest", "no standardized test requirement", "no thesis/dissertation" paths to a degree, here's one that actually meets all of those requirements:

    Nebraska Methodist College
Ed.D. in Education & Leadership in Healthcare
    Time to complete: Two years
    GRE/GMAT Requirement: None
Dissertation Required: No, but there is a "capstone"

    Considering it

I found this degree last month and stumbled on this thread today while looking for more info about the program. Not a lot of info available about it but it is regionally accredited. Just submitted my application, if I decide to go through with it I'll provide some feedback about the experience.

It seems Ed.D becomes professional Doctorate for most schools as cash cows.

That was my thought about this one, too. The other interesting piece of this one is that, when looking at the classes, it is not education focused, but healthcare management focused.

Also, their 2 year claim is a bit deceiving, as they mean 2 years full time or 3 years part time.

I'm glad you mentioned this. There are very few people on this board who can fit a full-time doctoral program into their lives.

That's probably true, but that doesn't make it deceiving, even a bit, to say that it's a two year program when it can be done in two years.
