to improve my teaching skills, I have found LEVEL 3 AWARD. It seems very reliable for my further training and learning for best teaching skills and to motivate my learners. I am wondering if anyone used LEVEL 3 AWARD, any information /suggestion will be great.

I for one don't know what this is. Do you have a link to more information about it?

Show some patience grasshopper. Here in the US there is no "level 3 award." You may need to state your question more fully and with more clarity.

Lerner! I thought you'd be all over this question. You're the big "City and Guilds" guys, no?

This qualification is ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practicing team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
You can take this qualification as a concise Award, a broader Certificate or a comprehensive Diploma. The units in this qualification fall into seven broad areas such as core management skills, ability to perform management tasks, team leadership, change and innovation, managing people and relationships, leadership.
