Just something I know ; a 3 year Australian degree is equal to a 4 year degree from the US. That being said, you should get your degree evaluated by an agency (WES.ORG) for example to see where you stand. Normal admissions into a Masters program in the US normally requires you to have a GPA of 3.0 (some higher) and above and 2-3 letters of recommendations. Best that you get them now since you are still a student. Also, some colleges in the US require you to submit a GRE.

Below is a website that notes some schools that don't require a GRE for certain programs.

No GRE Required | What You Make of It.

It would be helpful for you to shortlist the courses/college you wish to attend and drop them an email with regards to your degree and if they would accept it.

For the UK, all admissions require you to have a 2.1 and above honors degree (some require letters of recommendation, others don't). So you would need to finish honors year at your University before you apply into a UK Masters program. I'm not sure if they give any leeway on this but you should drop them an email to check. Check with some of the Unis in the Russell Group.

It would be helpful if you would say which subject area has your interest. A Masters degree in what? Also, what do you mean by "the best?"

Intake in UK: The January intake operates in exactly the same way as the course that starts in September. However the timetable is different.
As with the September intake of the Foundation Year, all teaching is delivered at the main University campus by the same group of academic staff who will, ultimately, be teaching on your chosen degree programme.
