I'm looking for an EDU course in growth and development that is 3 credits and at the graduate level. Does anyone know of a RA school with such a class that is very affordable?

Are you referring to a Human Growth & Development course? That's a requirement for most teacher education programs, so I'm sure you can easily find those offered via distance. I took mine through UoP back in the day, but you said affordable, so I'm not going to recommend it. They do, however, have continuing education course which are graduate level and 3 credits. Those tend to be much more affordable than their degree courses. They have courses like

EDD 557 - Theories of Growing & Learning
EDD 563 - Overview of Adolescent Psychology

Again, not sure if they're fit what you're looking for, but you may want to check out the course descriptions.

I went to that website and was immediately put off by 2 facts. The first is that you can't get any information at all without first registering. My experience is that this inevitably leads to an influx of unwanted email. The second thing was that I am immediately suspicious of any organization that sells honorary doctoral degrees to people who have made "a contribution to society." It doesn't pass the sniff test.

You can get loads of information without registering. Under the 'Buy a Degree' tab (yes, it's called 'Buy a Degree') they write the following:

"Buy A Degree Online And Save Your Precious Time And Money
When it comes to buying a degree online from a reputable organization or education institute, an individual or a student needs to comply and confirm that the place from where that student or individual can grab his online education degree is and must be made sure that it is internationally accredited, otherwise he might end up in big trouble! If it’s only regionally accredited, his degree will first of all not only be recognized in various other regions or any other country except his own country where he lives. When a student intends to buy a degree from accredited universities online, he or she is making a decision regarding his future; he needs to acquire his degree from the right institution so that his career path has no downturns in the future due to his error in purchasing an online degree from an unrecognized institute. One of the main reasons why students now tend to purchase or in other words want to buy a degree online is that they want to save their precious time and also some money while they are working in a professional environment."

There is so much wrong with that website it's hilarious. Note the italicised section above (my italics).

Would you trust a website claiming to liase with providers of higher education that clearly didn't understand the accreditation process in the country in which they operate (USA)? There is EASILY ENOUGH information all over that website to determine that it's a complete sham.
