Bachelor in Education leading to Certification/Licensure

Hi All,

I have another request. I have a friend that is looking into becoming a teacher. Can anyone point me toward any programs that lead to certification/licensure. Elementary or Special education programs are the primary target. We know of WGU and Drexel only at this point.

In what state is your friend seeking teacher licensure? Most all states have alternative or post-baccalaureate teacher certification programs; however, certification requirements will vary by state. And of course, online only certification program options are far more limited than traditional routes to alternative certification.
