    Hi,

I'm looking for a PhD program in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Educational Technology. My requirements are:
    • Must be 100% online
    • Must NOT be from a for-profit school. I work in higher education and having a degree from Phoenix, Capella, Walden or a similar school would not be accepted well.

Here is a list of schools with programs I have identified through my own research: Boise State, Florida State, Old Dominion, Nova Southeastern.

I look forward to reading your recommendations and suggestions. Thank you!

A brief perusal of the EdD sticky, hereinabove, yields the following results: Boise State University, the University of Florida, Northcentral University, Nova Southeastern University, the University of Phoenix, and Walden University. Unfortunately, it seems that all of the above you either already knew about or you didn't like them. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Just to round out your North American options there's also Athabasca University in Canada, which has an EdD in Distance Education, but it's pricy and you wouldn't be able to use federal financial aid.
