Getting adjunct faculty position?

Hi

I have 6 years of experience in teaching Accounting, Economics and Statistics to college students from Indian university. I have masters degree in business administration. What should I do to get employment opportunity as an adjunct faculty? I have applied for various colleges but do not get the response back. I have started doing volunteer tutoring at a community college.

Please recommend how to get the job.
