    West Coast Institute of Management and Technology appears to have departed Perth for Panama. This from their website:

    "Important Notice: The International Study department has now been incorporated under a new name as "West Coast University Inc" in Panama City, The Republic Of Panama, Central America. This University now has taken over the role and responsibility of the WCIMT-International Study Department with effect from 2nd May 2004. Now WCIMT do not offer any course of Higher education in and from Western Australia. For further detail of West Coast University at Panama, Please visit www.westcoastuniversity-edu.com"
