    Hello all,

I am writing because I am wondering if there any school that offers a graduate certificate in IT Management I would also be interested in diploma or bachelor programs also. Any information on the program would greatly appreciated!

    P.P.S

I am specifcally interested in IT management . The reason is so far from my research it differs from a mis degree in the fact that it was created for upper management (cio)and Mis was created for specific departmental functions (network manager etc). If I am wrong please tell me. I would like to know any information that you have on these two degrees and how they differ from anyone either program.

    Thank you !

    codekiller,

you are already pursuing a BIT degree, why do you want to do another Bachelor degree ? You should go for MS degree in ITM from Touro or some other College. Afterall once you get Masters degree, Bachelor degree value tend to decrease.

Do you think that getting 2 Bachelor degrees has more value then getting a Bachelor and a Masters ? If that is correct then I should think about getting 2 Bachelors. Let me know your thoughts.

    etech,

I not really sure if two bachelor degrees will help your career or not! I am kind of looking around at things right now just see what out there. I really want to see what my bachelors degree in information technology is going to do for me first . I am not really sure right now how im going to be able to pursue my goals because it looks as though IT is going offshore and I dont have very much experince at all and I refuse to work another year of help desk period! So I may have to think about retraining till the economy can get back on its feet. But I will still do my research untill I find out what path I decide to take !

I think you will find that in most cases, you are better off pursuing a Master's degree, rather than a second Bachelor's.
