Thanks a lot. From that thread I understand, Stalling's book
"Technical Resources and Course Web Site for
Data and Computer Communications, Sixth Edition" would help me.

Also, I am hearing about Bird's publication. Where can I find info about those books and the one related to this exam ?

    Thanks

Stallings Data and Computer Communications is very good. Probably the single book that I read that actually matched up pretty well with an ICCP exam.

    Bird Publications website is http://www.birdpublications.com

I never used their audiocassette courses, but I did use their Q&A drills for all exams. They are far from perfect and they aren't comprehensive by any stretch, but I think they gave me an extra 10% cushion on each exam, so for the price, they were definitely worth it to me.

For what it's worth, I thought the Data Communications test was the hardest of all the ICCP exams (this despite my networking background). You have to know a lot of specifics about signaling schemes and specific communication standards.

    Thanks Jeff.

I am not sure whether I can ask this question here. I am sorry if this unappropriate.

Does anyone have textbooks relating to Ohio 236 A or ICCP data communication (stallings), Q/A from bird pub to sell ?

    Thanks and Sorry !!
