I'd like to get opinions and hear about any experiences at the schools on my short list for a MS degree. I'm looking at programs that are RA and preferably 100% DL. Cost is a consideration since I am still paying off student loans from my BS and don't want to add too much to that debt. My BS is in management information systems. I also have an AS in computer science and an AS in business administration. The two concentration areas I'm looking at are databases and networking.

    1) Fort Hays - MLS (infomation networking)
    2) East Carolina - MS IT (computer network management or digital communications)
    3) Regis - MS CIT (networking technolgy or database technology)

I also looked at Nova Southeastern (MS CIS) and Colorado State (MS CS).

    Any comment is appreciated. Thanks.

You also may want to consider the MS in IT from Virginia Tech, and the MS in ICS (Information and Computer Sciences) from the University of Hawaii. The Hawaii program looks good, so long as you have the long list of requisite undergrad courses (or a high CS subject score on the GRE), and it is the cheapest US DL program (leading to an MS) that I've seen in this field, with what looks to be just 10 courses at $555 per course. I initially passed it over because they were only offering 1-2 courses per semester, but they seem to have ramped it up since then.

You should also scan this forum for previous posts on the subject, if you haven't already.
