Hi, I was looking at possibly enrolling for the computer science program at ACCIS (America College of Computer & Information Sciences) and was wondering if anybody knew anything about them? I checked their accreditation, and the are accredited by the "Distance Education and Trainging Council" which I was able to verify is recognized by the department of education. Anybody have any stories, good bad or otherwise, about this place? Thanks, James
Hi James ACCIS has been discussed rather thoroughly here. You may want to use the search feature here and on goggle.com's usenet page. I believe you'll find differing opinions. They definately have a checkered past, but seem to be moving forward. There are quite a few better choices that are RA. Have you had a chance to look at Troy State Univ., Touro Univ. International, Tombstone College, and Excelsior College amoung others? All of these would present much better utility. Good luck in your search. Dave
