CS = Math?

    The university is right. It's just NOT math. You could create a math class that used computer programming as a vehicle, but that's not the same thing.

    When I attended high school under Fairfax County Public School System (fcps.edu). All my computer science courses: Computer Science, AP Computer Science, and Advanced Computer Science courses were taught under the Mathematics Department. However, Visual Basic course was taught by the Business Department.

    The only option i can think of is that may be they assume/teach Discrete Maths in that course.
