Affordable Online Masters Comp Sci with Focus Data Science

I'm looking for affordable (sub 12k), fast-track (6-18 month), accredited, institutions offering either data science or computer science/information systems programs with data science (machine learning, AI) concentrations preferably with no graduate level testing for entry.

I have researched and found many data science programs but they tend to all be very expensive.

The only masters programs I know in the price range are Georgia Tech's program and Georgia Southern. But Gtech is a 2.5 year program. There are also graduate certificates, moocs, commercial certificates, and bootcamp.
