    Hello.
I'm thinking about majoring in the Security Risk Analysis major at Penn State. However, I was also looking for a minor, or possibly even a second major, that might help me get an edge when applying for a job. Does anyone know what minors that Penn State offers that would best help me in the field of cyber security?
    Thanks.

Consider minoring in finance. A lot of the crypto guys don't get finance, and vice versa, but there's demand for people with a foot in both worlds. See Bitcoin hysteria as an example.

Another good minor might be accounting if you want to get into IT auditing as well since that goes hand in hand with IT risk analysis.

Thanks for the input so far. I'll look into both of these options. Feel free to post any other suggestions that I should think about.

Would a minor in computer science be worth doing, or would that be a bit pointless with my major?

Not pointless, especially if you're interested in being able to evaluate programming code for its security implications.
