M.S.I.T. from B.U. Metropolitan College vs. M.S.I.T. from UMUC?

Hi everyone,

I'm very interested in going for my M.S.I.T. and am looking at these two programs:

Boston University:
Master of Science in Computer Information Systems concentration in Web Application Development | Boston University Metropolitan College

UMUC:

B.U. has a Web Application Development track, and UMUC has a Software Engineering concentration.

Any advice about their relative strengths/weaknesses and overall reputation?
