So after some time to think and research, I believe that Capitol College is my best fit for an MSIA program. Not that I won't apply to other schools, I just think that I would be happiest at Capitol. With that being said, does anyone who has gone through their MSIA program, or are currently enrolled in it, have any advice? Critiques? Comments? Thoughts? I'd love to hear any and everything.
I think you've made a good choice. Capitol College is very active in the information assurance field. I would rank their program in the top tier, though I have no direct experience with them. There're a few DI members that enrolled in their DSc. in Information Assurance program. As far as I know, they haven't complained about the program or school, yet. Be prepared to attend live synchronous sessions, though. I hope you enjoy those hacking projects/assignments.
I had a good friend who went through the program and loved it. She said the coursework was challenging and really broadened her view of IA in general. She highly recommended it.
