U. of W. Georgia's Master's in Applied CS - Cheap & online - know anything about it?

Has anyone heard anything about this or actually attended this program? It looks great but after a terrible experience with Bellevue U's online software development bachelor's, which I couldn't finish, I am wary of this. But the price is great and the head of the department let me log in as a guest on the first two classes and it looks great.

 

Tuition is great for Georgia residents, but not for non-residents. I looked at this program myself before going to UIS. I liked the program but have no direct experience.

Please note, all online CS graduate classes are considered "NET" courses for tuition purposes and carry the same tuition rate regardless of residency status. The entire cost of tuition and fees is just over $16,000 over the two-year duration of the program.
