Have you considered a bachelor degree in a non-forensic field from a variety of colleges or universities, on campus or distance education, plus enrolling in the Computer Forensics & Digital Investigations Certificate offered by Champlain College? You can see from my signature that I took this route. If you are a good test-taker you can save money through ACE, CLEP, and DANTES plus a few school-specific ways to test out or use prior learning assessment to earn credit hours. A few members of this forum have experience earning an associate degree entirely via testing out or PLA and then moving on to earn a bachelor degree - possibly the least-costly option if you want to graduate with an on-campus-earned degree.

Potomac College offers Bachelor of Science in Digital Forensics. Contact them to see if they offer the degree via distance learning, I assume they do because according to the site. "
Bachelor Degree in Digital Forensics – Virginia, Washington D.C., and Online"

The only way to minimize tuition by using CLEP, DANTES, FEMA, and etc. Another cheap option would be Western Governors University's Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Security. ~$6,000.00 per year x 4 years = $22,000.00. Usually people complete less than 4 years.

I would not recommend trying to test out of the program via CLEP, DANTES, etc., unless you feel you already have a mastery of the material. You want your degree to give you an education and prepare you, not be simply a paper credential obtained the easiest or cheapest way.

University of Michigan-Dearborn has a BS in Digital Forensics. I have not checked, but I doubt is online, but you did not express an interest in online. An in-person experience probably would be richer than online.
University of Michigan - Dearborn: College of Engineering & Computer Science

I know that Dakota State University offers a Computer Forensics minor:
Program: Computer Forensics Minor - Dakota State University - Acalog ACMS
They offer a lot online. I do not know if this particular minor (or the courses that constitute the minor) are available online.

You could also go into google and enter the terms
    "digital forensics" bs
    as well as
    "computer forensics" bs
and see what comes up. I would avoid any for-profit or dodgy, no-name, private schools. I would personally select a state school. I do not believe there are many digital forensics programs at the BS level in the United States, and probably less from non-profit, accredited state schools.

You might consider getting a degree in computer science or a related IT field, and then pursuing digital forensics at the master's level. Florida state has an MS program that is also available online:
Graduate Catalog 2012-2013 - University of Central Florida- Digital Forensics MS

DSU has a great computer science / IT program. You could always go there and get the computer forensics minor and then go somewhere to get the master's.
