Hi guys, I am thinking of taking up People Soft or SAP HR course in the next few months..can you please let me know which one is in more demand currently, also i have been working in the HR field for over 5 years in India, i am thinking of doing this course to help me gain some knowledge on the technical aspects of HR and to seek career opportunities in the USA.. i don't have any experience in IT, i just know to work on ms office, will i be able to learn the tools without any difficulty? Also can you help me to know how will i know about these training programs that are being given in the Bay area on these programs and from where should i do the courses? regds..
SAP HR on any given day. Future scope of SAP is immense. People Soft on the other hand is very good. But the companies, using SAP HR are more as compared to the companies using People soft.
