Hi Everybody, I just joined to this forum.Can anyone help regarding following query. I have done my B Sc Degree from Mangalore University in the year 2008.Due to some reason I couldn't complete it.I have two backlog in my Final Year degree.But now I have shifted to Bangalore and working.now i wouldn't be able to go to Mangalore and write it.Please let me know do I have the option to transfer it to Bangalore and complete it here only. Hi Swathi, Welcome to the forum. Please note this is an international forum, and most users might not be familiar with Indian Education System. AFAIK, transferring from one school (read 'University") to another in India is not an easy task, if not impossible. I would suggest contacting your previous school (Mangalore University), taking their exams and wrapping it up. IMHO, this is the best option for you. Since you have only 2 exams to clear, it might be easier to travel to Mangalore for a couple of days and finish it up. You might also try to contact local degree colleges in Bangalore, meet the admissions officer and try to explain your situation. If they have a seat vacant, they might help you.
Hello Swathi, Transferring between Universities in India is very difficult. You will end up getting frustrated or paying bribes at both Mangalore and Bangalore universities. I would suggest you to go to Mangalore whenever you have exams scheduled and wrap it up.
