http://www.baker.edu Has anyone heard anything about baker college? I've been looking into them to finish my CIS degree. Any comments are appreciated. Angel
As a start you should do a search of the board. Baker College has been discussed in dozens of threads, and one of the regular posters is (or was) a member of the faculty.
I'm an adjunct faculty member at Baker. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with Baker. While I don't care for their compressed term (6 weeks, just like UoP), they generally seem to do a good job in recruiting faculty, enforcing academic integrity and providing academic services (like libraries). Note that they have a significant on-campus component in Michigan. Further, they actually employ full-time faculty. As for CIS, I really can't say. I teach in the MBA program for the most part.
