What is a solid certificate program, or other credential, for people working in Web development? I don't need the basics of design and already can use HTML, CSS, and related mark-up languages quite easily. Rather, I'd like to focus on more advanced useful things, like the ability to create user accounts, having pages that are generated from a database, allowing the client to easily edit the content, general maintenance and security knowledge, and whatever else is generally needed for Web developers.
I'm currently looking into some web design and development programs myself to complete after I wrap up my BS.
