Hi, I have my bachelors degree and would like to get a masters degree. Currently, I am working and I would not like to leave my job and study. After some searching around, I found this course, which I think will suite my interest.
    I am looking for
    1) Ivy league college
    2) Ivy league course
    3) Obviously, a recognized degree
    4) Course should be online. So, that even if I have to return to my home country, I should not have a problem. Yes, I am not a US citizen. I work here on H1 visa
    5) A good job prospects, after the degree.

I am open to suggestions and advice. If, you have a good course to suggest, please feel free to do so. I am in IT working as a senior consultant with more than 10 years of work experience.

    Thanks

Penn State is not Ivy League. You are confusing it with the University of Pennsylvania, which is Ivy league. The 8 Ivy League universities are (in no particular order):
    1) Harvard University
    2) Yale University
    3) Princeton University
    4) University of Pennsylvania
    5) Columbia University
    6) Dartmouth College
    7) Brown University
    8) Cornell University

To put it in context. US News ranks Penn State at #47, whereas the University of Pennsylvania is ranked #5. Still, Penn State is an absolutely excellent school (top 50 in the country) and I am sure their program is outstanding.

Also, regarding the other 3 points you made. I believe the Penn State degree will give you all of those. Good luck.

I'm a Penn State grad, undergraduate B.S. I love Penn State, seriously, love the school. My income increased about 40% once I had Penn State on my resume, mileage will vary.

About to head into my third semester at Penn State, and I love the school. My program is rigorous, and the interaction from professors and students is a lot better than I expected. Great name (one of the reasons I chose it) and highly ranked (although not Ivy league).

I can't comment on the program you're interested in, but I can say that Penn State Grad School is top notch so far that I can tell.
