Is it possible to combine two graduate certificates into master degree? I am planning to get a graduate certificate in GIS from Department of Geography & Environmental Studies
and graduate certificate in Data Mining maybe from Graduate Data Mining Certificate Program. Is there a university which would let you do it with taking maybe 1 or 2 classes there?

There are only a handful of schools that will accept even close to that amount of transfer credit. The most I have seen is 15 credits (American Mililtary University being one of those). There is no such thing as a reputable school that will accept all courses from other sources and award you a Masters degree.

Most graduate programs will want you to take a least 21-24 credits at their school in order to earn a Masters degree from them.

What you are wanting to do is not possible.

I think 03 is correct. No legitimate school will do that or even anything close to to what you've described.

You can transfer up to 24 grad credits in to Excelsior.
