I work as a self-employed consultant primarily doing software development. I've been working in this field for 14 years and would like to get my bachelors.

I have a varied educational background that includes an associate in computer technology in 1984 and college level math including college algebra, trig, calculus, multi-variable calculus and differential equations.

I'm planning on starting to take some of the CLEP tests for things like english, history and the humanities.

Does anyone have a similar background? (two year tech degree and some college). What do any of you recommend?

    Thanks,
    Richard

  2. Richard,

I'd suggest targeting your preffered institution (perhaps Regents/Excelsior) and racking up credits as required. UCharlestown will give you a TON of credits for your software work and Excelsior will give you credits for most industry certifications...and your on your way! [IMG]
