Hi! New member here, I've looked around, and done a bunch of searching, and I stumbled on a thread where someone posted they'd gotten credit for the core of the current BSIT degree from Excelsior with several IT certifications? Unfortunately, I lost the link I made to the post/thread and I can't find it again! Specifically, which (if any) certifications have been known to fulfill the core? Computer Architecture Object-Oriented Programming Database Concepts Data Communications & Networking - CompTIA Network+ ? or CCNA ? Operating Systems Overview of Computer Security - CompTIA Security+ ?? Project Management - CompTIA Project+ ? Thanks! I know you guys will have some info!

Hi Uncle Fester, Another option, if you aren't tied to the BS IT, is to look at Excelsior's BS in Liberal Studies degree. Excelsior will take your IT certifications towards this degree as well and I found it to be the more flexible option. The Liberal Studies degree offers multiple focus areas including CIS.
