Can you define "GOOD?" Most of the institutes with Regional Accredited are good. What are you looking for? Here is the most reputable schools around San Francisco.

    1. Standford University (Stanford)
    2. University of California - Berkley (Berkley)
    3. University of California - San Francisco
    4. University of San Francisco
    5. San Francisco State University
    6. University of California - Hasting School of Law
    7. Golden Gates University
    8. DeVry University (Daly City)
    9. Argosy University

It strikes me in an odd way that someone can find degreeinfo on the internet an yet can't find a list of unversities in California.
    But maybe that's just me.

Perhaps the original post in this thread was intended as a test of a spam-bot or similar evil machination. But that is merely the cynic in me.

True, but he was looking for a list of good unis -- meaning he's asking for our opinion/recommendations. IMO, probably just foreign. Plus, no link.

Ok, but this is a distance learning forum...the location of the uni isn't relevant, isn't that the point?

No, I mean he talks like a non-native speaker of English. ie "the good" rather than "a good" or "the top." Articles are especially hard if you're Russian or eastern-bloc.

People seem to think they are asking for a list of all universities in CA. Could be wrong, but that is how it seems.

So no one here thinks this is spam, based on the link for valentine's day gifts in his signature (maybe now removed)?
