Hi, I have approx 15 years experience in computer consultancy with tons of certifications including Microsoft (25 exams), ITIL, Security+,CISSP etc.
My graduation is from India and I am trying to figure out how I would be able to apply my certificates to reduce the number of credits I need for an MBA.
While going through the site, I figured it might be easier if I tried to get a BA or a BS first and then the MBA as I have no clue if my University degree would count towards a MBA.

    Any pointers / suggestions?

Usually certifications do transfer to university credit but its to undergraduate credit toward AS or BS degree and only approved /reviewed certifications.

The big 4 (Excelsior College, TESC, Charter Oak etc) and also WGU and others provide such credit.
So you will have to complete BS degree before entering MBA.

Now you can also apply to Heriot Watt University DL MBA.
They don't require BS / BA degree.
You will have to take additional 2 modules with them and then the rest of the MBA.

Three suggestions off the top of my head are Thomas Edison State College and Charles Sturt University, both of which accept certain vendor certifications towards a degree, and the third suggestion is Western Governor's University which is competency based rather than requiring specific courses provided you reside in the USofA.

Just to confirm, there is no way I can use my certificates towards a master or a MBA - I have to go through the BS route (other than applying in Australia)

I think the only way is Charles Stuart (Australia).

Edinburgh Business School is the Graduate School
of Business of Heriot-Watt University, Scotland
MBA programmes require you to complete nine courses in total. The MBA consists of seven core and two elective courses

I do not have a degree, can I still apply?

If you have not completed prior academic qualifications you will be matriculated when you meet the requirements for the Postgraduate Certificate relevant to your programme of study.

Certification such as PMI - PMP can provide exemption of Project Management, other certifications can be accepted up to maximum of 2 exemptions from the 9 courses.
