As far as I know, system administrator should be OK but there are many things to look at when immigrating to Canada. When you come to canada with a job offer they look at your background based on a point system. I brought an Network Admin into Canada and he had the required points, but I also remember that we could have brought in someone unqualified with the same experience if they were bi-lingual.
