    Think MBA

I was in the same boat; loads of IT experience and a Bachelors, but little IT management experience. I ultimately decided on the MBA route because that (I believe) will better translate into manager gigs, both in and outside of my current organization.

An MSc route, like the ones you listed, will definitely make you look like an awesome candidate for staff positions, but may not necessarily translate into 'people management' supervisory or managerial positions.
